To be eligible for a full refund, the perfume must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, complete with all original tags, seals, and accessories.

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• Damaged Upon Arrival: If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence.

• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a product that differs from your original order, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving the shipment.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on perfume bottles that have been opened or used, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• Return Authorization: Upon reviewing your request, if your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with detailed return shipping instructions.

• Packaging and Shipment: Kindly ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, with the RA number clearly visible on the outer box.

  Unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

• Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
